40 MW Coal-Fired Power Plant Project of Velaka Paper Factory Industries, Turkey

Design and supply scope of coal transport island for 1×40MW coal-fired power station (1 150t/h high temperature and high pressure CFB drum furnace) : the whole coal transport system from the coal yard in the plant to the bottom of the funnel of the plow type unloader at the top of the raw coal hopper between the coal bunkers in the current period. Including coal transportation, coal storage, screening, measurement, iron removal and other processes.

The total reserves of the coal yard are about 12,000 tons, which can fuel 1×40MW unit for 20 days. The particle size of incoming coal of this project is less than 50mm, and the coal transport system in the plant is equipped with a first-level crushing screen system. The coal loading system in the plant consists of 6 coal belt conveyors in 3 sections, starting from the belt conveyors under the underground coal hopper to the belt conveyors in the coal bunker layer of the main plant. Belt conveyor technical parameters: bandwidth B=500mm, belt speed V = 0.8m/s, throughput Q = 50T /h. Double way setting, EP flame retardant adhesive tape.
