New Year's Message

Colleagues and friends from all walks of life of Ruiyang: 

Happy New Year, everyone! On the occasion of the arrival of 2023, on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Group, I would like to extend my sincerest greetings and blessings to the employees who have worked hard for Ruiyang's cause in the past year, the families who have supported the development of Ruiyang, as well as the partners and people from all walks of life who have long cared about and supported the development of Ruiyang! 

Looking back on 2022, the external environment is extremely grim, the new crown epidemic has been repeatedly delayed, the global economy is weak and sluggish, the domestic market is overflowing with cold, and the industry competition is stormy. Hardship shows courage and perseverance, grinding begins to succeed. In the face of such an unfavorable environment, we can still achieve various goals, maintain rapid growth and achieve good results. 

2022 is a milestone year in the company's history and the first year for the Group's listing reporting period. This year, we continued to concentrate on expanding central enterprises and state-owned enterprises, actively mobilizing marketing resources from all walks of life, and the marketing team dared to fight hard and innovate. It has cooperated with central enterprises such as Huaneng Energy, Shanghai Baoye and Sinochem, and the market development has presented a new situation, achieving annual sales revenue of 1.5 billion yuan, with a growth rate of 25%. In this year, our production capacity was further improved, the product range was further enriched, the 35kV crosslinking production line was put into operation after the relocation of Northeast Plastic, and the production quality of Ruiyang Northeast 110kV cable, Shenpeng Power 220kV cable accessories and other products was steadily improved. This year, our technology research and development investment has been further increased, technology research and development strength has been further enhanced, in 10kV-35kV, 66kV-220kV cable rapid test terminal, ultra-high voltage DC cable, polypropylene medium voltage cable and other aspects have made great breakthroughs, in the in-depth cooperation with Harbin Institute of Technology, the establishment of a provincial enterprise technology center, and has passed the acceptance of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Department of Science and Technology and has been awarded. In the context of the raging epidemic, everyone rushed the construction period, ensured production, tenaciously stuck to their jobs, continued to introduce talents from all sides, injected fresh blood, and further optimized the talent structure. This year, our management level has been continuously improved, the coordination of operation and insurance has been fully effective, the ERP software of Jinsi has been opened, and various systems have been continuously improved, and we have been awarded the "Top 100 Most Influential Enterprises in China's Cable Industry". This year, we completed employee equity incentives, built an employee stock ownership platform, and steadily advanced our listing work, laying a solid foundation for entering the capital market. 

In the midst of the storm, all Ruiyang people overcame difficulties and forged ahead, ensuring the smooth start of the company's reporting period. This fully proves that our management at all levels is conscientious and enterprising; Our employees are tenacious and hardworking.
