Ruiyang Group Conducts Business Etiquette Training

In order to further enhance the company's employees' etiquette culture and enhance the company's image, Ruiyang Group held a special training on "knowing the etiquette and doing the world business service etiquette" in the conference room on the fourth floor of the headquarters from October 25 to 26. More than 40 employees from all units and departments participated online and offline.

The training was given by Zhang Miao, a senior trainer of the Group, who systematically described the concept and role of business etiquette, and brought us a lively training course from five aspects: basic etiquette, business meeting etiquette, business reception etiquette, table etiquette, and office etiquette. And we will focus on the key points that need attention in daily services, such as "appearance, appearance, posture; standing posture, sitting posture; communication, language; service etiquette norms; respect, riding; elevator, behavior; reception, toasting; how to shake hands and hand over items in official visit etiquette", from the surface to the inside, from the simple to the deep.

Miss Zhang  put forward specific requirements for this business etiquette training, and hoped that through this training, everyone could seriously understand the key points of business etiquette, understand and understand the contents, apply them to practical work, constantly standardize and improve their own quality, further strengthen service awareness, improve service level, and establish a good corporate image.
