About the RVVP control cable

2022-08-25 17:40

RVVP is a kind of soft conductor PVC insulation plus shielding layer and PVC sheathed cable, copper core PVC insulated shielding PVC sheathed flexible cable, also known as electrical connection anti-interference flexible cable.

Electriacl Cable

"P" in RVVP refers to shielding, that is to say, RVVP wire has a shielding layer, and RVVP has stronger anti-interference ability to external signals.

The rated voltage is 300/300V, and the number of cores is 2-19.

Common core wire diameter: 0.3 square, 0.5 square, 1 square, 1.5 square, 2.5 square, 4 square. This section describes the RVVP cable

1. RVVP implements the standard JB/T8734.5-2012

2, PVC insulation

3. PVC sheath

4, conductor is stranded copper core

5. Aluminum alloy braided shielding net

6, the rated voltage is 300/300V

7. Normal working temperature shall not exceed 70℃

8, short circuit (the longest duration is not more than 5S) the highest temperature of the conductor shall not exceed 160℃. The ambient temperature when the cable is laid should not be lower than 0℃, otherwise it needs to be preheated in advance.

RVVP cable application

The function of cable shielding is mainly to prevent the interference of external interference source to the cable itself and the interference caused by the cable to other circuits. Using shielded cable and grounding the shielding layer reliably is an effective measure to suppress the electromagnetic interference.

Suitable for communication, audio, broadcast, sound system, anti-theft alarm system, intelligent automation system, automatic meter reading system, fire protection system and other need to prevent interference line connection, efficient and safe transmission data cable.
