Ruiyang UHV project signed in Shenfu

In the afternoon of 25 April 2023, the signing ceremony of new projects of Ruiyang Group and a number of enterprises was held in the Management Committee of Shenfu Demonstration Zone. Gao Tao, Vice Governor of Liaoning Province, Li Hongde, Director of Shenfu Demonstration Zone Management Committee, Liu Weidong, Deputy Director, Yang Ye, Deputy Director and other leaders attended the event. Han Su Miao, Director and General Manager of the Group, Xia Guoxing, Deputy General Manager, and Lang Xunxun, Secretary of the Board of Directors, attended the ceremony.

Before the signing ceremony, the Group's director and general manager Han Sumiao met warmly with Vice Governor Gao Tao and introduced the basic situation of this new project of Ruiyang Group to him in detail.

The signed project is the Ruiyang Group's ultra-high voltage new energy cable R&D and production base project, which is a scientific research and innovation upgrade of the Group based on its existing main business. The target investment is RMB 150 million, and the annual output value is expected to reach RMB 1 billion after the project achieves full production. The main construction content includes an ultra-high voltage new energy cable R&D and production centre, copper wire billets and insulation materials and other ancillary products production centre. Ruiyang Group will work with China Electric Power Research Institute, Shanghai Cable Research Institute, Harbin University of Technology and other units to research and develop ultra-high voltage new energy cables, which will be mainly used in offshore wind power generation, photovoltaic power generation, hydrogen power generation and large energy storage power plants and other power facilities.

The signing ceremony was held by Vice Governor Gao Tao, Director Li Hongde and other leaders who personally stood on the stage, and Xia Guoxing, Deputy General Manager of the Group, signed the contract on behalf of the Group and the leaders of the demonstration zone.

  During the event, Director Li Hongde expressed that he warmly welcomed enterprises to invest in the demonstration zone, and that the Shenfu demonstration zone would closely focus on the target positioning of "three zones and one engine", guarantee the project construction with the best quality service, and promote the speed, quality and efficiency of enterprise development. Mr. Han said that he would take advantage of the signing of the contract to cooperate with the government of the demonstration zone to promote the construction of the project, so as to achieve early implementation, early construction and early production, and actively contribute to the power of the enterprise in return for the care and support of the government of the demonstration zone and the community.

This new project is another initiative of the Ruiyang Group in the listing reporting period. It is a practical move to fully implement the Group's overall guiding principle for 2023 and to promote the realisation of technology and product innovation as the main driving force. The completion of the project will bring the Group's R&D level to a new level and will certainly carry the Ruiyang Group to another new leap of development!
