First, different names

KVV cable full name copper core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flame retardant class C control cable, RVV cable full name copper core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flexible cable

The "K" of KVV cable stands for control cable, while the "R" of RVV cable stands for flexible cable, so one is called control cable and the other is called flexible cable.

Electriacl Cable

Two, different voltage levels

The rated voltage of RVV is generally 300/500V, and the rated voltage of KVV is generally 450/750V

Three, conductor structure is different

RVV cable is composed of multiple strands of RV wire, RV wire is composed of multiple strands of copper wire, conductor is multiple strands of thin copper wire,

The KVV cable is composed of multiple BV wires, and the BV wire is composed of a single conductor, which is a single solid conductor.

Four, the sheath thickness is different

The sheath thickness of RVV cable of the same specification is thinner than that of KVV cable.
