I. Product introduction

This Control Cable  IS SUITABLE FOR AC RATED VOLTAGE 450/750V AND BELOW THE control, monitoring circuit and protection line, as a variety of electrical appliances, instrument connection line. Flame retardant (ZA, ZB, ZC, ZD) control cable, fire retardant control cable, low halogen low smoke or no halogen low smoke flame retardant control cable, flame retardant layer control cable are suitable for flame retardant, fire retardant, non-toxic requirements of the place. Product implementation standard GB9330-2008, our factory can also supply according to IEC, DIN, BS standards.

Two, the conditions of use

1. Rated voltage U./U is 450/750V.

2. Long-term permissible operating temperature of conductor: PVC insulation is 70℃, crosslinked polyethylene insulation is 90℃.

3. Cable laying temperature should not be lower than 0℃.

4. Allowable bending radius: unarmored or shielded flexible cable should not be less than 6 times of the cable diameter (XLPE insulation should not be less than 8 times); Cables with armoured or copper tape shielding structure shall be not less than 12 times the cable outer diameter.

Three, main technical performance

1. Conductor DC resistance and cable insulation resistance at 20℃ conform to GB/T9330-2008.

2. Cable withstands 3000V, 5min voltage test.

3. Flame retardant control cable can pass class A, class B, class C and class D combustion test stipulated by GB/T 18380-2008.

4. Fire resistance control cable can pass the fire resistance test stipulated by GB/T 19216-2003.

5. Halogen free low smoke flame retardant cable can meet GB/T 18380-2008, GB/T 17650-1998 and GB/T 17651-1998 test requirements.

6. The control cable of the flame insulation layer can pass the class A combustion test stipulated by GB/T 18380.

Note: IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE COMMON CONTROL CABLES, OUR FACTORY CAN ALSO PRODUCE FLAME RETARDANT (CLASS A, CLASS B, CLASS C AND CLASS D) CONTROL CABLES, FIRE RESISTANT CONTROL CABLES, LOW HALOGEN AND LOW SMOKE, OR HALOGEN FREE LOW SMOKE FLAME RETARDANT CONTROL CABLES, flame insulation CONTROL cables, ETC. Their models are represented as follows:

Flame retardant control cables should be added to ZA-, ZB-, ZC- and ZD- according to different flame retardant grades before common cable models. Fire resistance control cable should be in the ordinary cable model before adding N, N and then with flame retardant grade code, such as ZAN-, ZBN-, ZCN-, ZDN-, etc. Halogen-free low-smoke flame retardant control cables shall be prefixed with WDZ before common cable models and composed with flame retardant grade codes, such as WDZA-, WDZB-, WDZC-, WDZD-, etc. GXZR- should be added in front of the ordinary cable model.
